Metallbau Scheiflinger invests in laser technology from MicroStep Compact 2D laser and flexible laser system for processing of pipes and profiles
The company MBS Metallbau Scheiflinger relies again on MicroStep technology. In 2022, MBS will enhance the sector of cutting at the production site in Serbia with two laser cutting solutions from the high-end supplier of CNC cutting systems after many years of excellent cooperation.
Compact, fast, precise: that is the MSF Compact. The space-saving version of the MicroStep fiber laser systems combines compactness with high cutting quality and processes 2D standard cutting tasks reliably and precisely. The processing area for flat material is 1,500 x 3,000 mm.
As a second laser cutting system, MBS relies on the MSF Pipe series from MicroStep. The laser all-rounder has a high level of automation and stands for high cutting quality and fast, repeatable results: The fiber laser cutting system is designed for processing pipes and profiles. In this way, profiles up to approx. 200 mm in diameter and up to 6,000 mm in length can be precisely cut.
